The last few days I have been working hard on some new small original mixed media works to sell on the web.  As artists we are always searching for new ideas to promote our work and make money.  One of my daughter’s friends asked her the other day what my prices were on my work.   She had seen it on my website and loved it.  She has a small new apartment and did not want to hang prints but originals.  This idea I “loved” and felt for her at the same time.  Now there is nothing wrong with prints but  what you gain by having a “real” painting or photo on the wall is so much more.  The most important thing  for me as a artist is knowing you liked my work enough to buy it and invest in me.  So look for my new small works on the web next week for all those people who want a little piece of  my soul.
